Ashes to Ashes
The SNDS workshop in Oslo, Opera 2010, has been eclipsed by a cloud of Icelandic ash and is postponed until 30.09.2010 – 02.10.2010. We've worked hard to try to keep the workshop on schedule but as one speaker after another has informed us of their difficulties in getting to Oslo on time, we've been forced to throw in the towel. The award show for Best of News Design in Scandinavia is also postponed

To force the workshop through without some our most interesting speakers would obviously have resulted in a weaker program for those that were able to participate.
But – we don't give up that easily! Because we've got an excellent program, that many were looking forward to, we've decide to rearrange the whole event in Oslo at the end of September.
Information about registration or cancellation for the postponed event will be circulated within the next few days. In the meantime, sorry for any inconvenience you may have had and we hope to see you in September.
If you already are registrered you don't need to do anything. We just move your registration to the new dates.
From ashes to prices
Due to the cancellation of the SNDS seminar where the winners in "Best of News Design Scandinavian 2010" should have been celebrated, the award show is also postponed.
It will be held together with the postponed seminar in late September. Until then the winners of gold, silver and bronze will be kept as a secret.
But in September you’ll all know, who took the prizes.
