The Juries for Best of Scandinavian News Design 2016 have met in Billund in Denmark to judge this years entries on digital and print platforms.
“I am very satisfied with the number of entries in both the printed and the digital competition,” Flemming Hvidtfeldt, Denmark – chairman of the competition committee and president for the SNDS says.
The design-judges – or jurymembers – come from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Estonia. They will work hard until Thursday, when they have decided which printed and digital medias should be awarded with gold, silver or honourable mention.
Next month the medias will be informed about the awards. The gold and silver medal announcements will be kept secret until the SNDS16 Conference in the beginning of October this year.
During the next months the competition committee and SNDS-editor Lars Pryds will prepare the book with all the digital and printed winners. The book will be published during the yearly conference in October.
